Fabio Morandi has been working at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA since 2020. He held different positions as CRO and interim CEO for various companies in the automotive segment, growing the business and leading the turnaround from distressed to profit generating.

As Chief Restructuring Officer of Amaneos, he is in charge of the whole business, from operations, to business development, restructuring initiatives, integration, financing, etc.
Before joining Mutares, he acquired more than 10 years of experience working in different consulting roles (Efficio and The Boston Consulting Group) and the Transformation Office of PE owned companies based in London.

Fabio Morandi graduated in civil engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
